There’s no need to be nervous.

We will do nothing unexpectedly and will explain everything prior to doing it.

Prior to your visit, fill out your paperwork on a computer or tablet (*YOU CAN NOT USE YOUR PHONE TO DO THIS).

Park behind our building or on the street in-front of the office.

Parking is available on the street, but read the parking signs carefully or you may get a parking ticket. There is a parking lot that you can access off Randolph Street (where City Dogs is located). You’ll see a tall brick wall and you can park in parking spaces along that brick wall only (not elsewhere in the parking lot).

If you have MRI’s or X-Rays, please bring them to your first visit.

Dr. Lassiter will thoroughly review them with you.  If imaging studies are needed, he will get them ordered for you.

You’ll have a thorough case history and evaluation.

You’ll discuss your complaint(s) in-depth and Dr. Lassiter will perform an exam. You may know the source of your pain or injury, but if not, don’t worry.  Dr. Lassiter has the experience and knowledge to uncover the source of your problem or to refer you to someone who can.

Dr. Lassiter will answer any questions you may have.

If your case can be treated in our office, Dr. Lassiter will let you know how it would be treated and tell you what to expect.

With your consent, you will be treated on your first visit.

We don’t want to waste your time and we want to get you more comfortable as soon as possible.
